Training conference on the deployment of quality inspection and Decree No. 89 on goods labelling

On April 17, 2007, Department for Goods Quality Control under Directorate for Standards and Quality (STAMEQ) held "Training conference on the deployment of quality inspection and Decree No. 89/2006/ND-CP on goods labelling” for the first time at STAMEQ’s headquarter, 8 Hoang Quoc Viet, Cau Giay, Ha Noi.

On April 17, 2007, Department for Goods Quality Control under Directorate for Standards and Quality (STAMEQ) held "Training conference on the deployment of quality inspection and Decree No. 89/2006/ND-CP on goods labelling” for the first time at STAMEQ’s headquarter, 8 Hoang Quoc Viet, Cau Giay, Ha Noi. Mr. Pham Ngoc Tran – STAMEQ’s Deputy Director General participated and opened the conference.

The delegates attended the conference included representatives from 15 Departments of Science and Technology, 25 provincial Branches of Standards, Metrology and Quality, and other Units in STAMEQ.

The main content of the training conference were to introduce the performance of the quality testing task of goods, goods circulation on the market; some noticeable points of Decree No. 89/2006/ND-CP on goods labelling; Circular No. 09/2007/TT-BKHCN dated April 06, 2007 guiding the implementation of some items on Decree 89, Decision No. 26/2006/QD-BKHCN dated December 18,2006 regulating the Regulation on responsibility of organizations implementing goods quality test, goods circulation on domestic, export and import markets.

The second training conference was held in Ho Chi Minh City on April 19, 2007.
