Regulation on the collection, remittance and management of article number and bar code fee

On April 11, 2007 Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 36/2007/TT-BTC regulating the amendment and supplement of the Circular No. 88/2002/TT-BTC dated October 02, 2002 on the collection, remittance and management of article number and bar code fee.

Vietnamese and foreign enterprises and organizations, when being granted by the State management bodies on article number and bar code or their authorized agencies on article number and bar code, provided with use instruction and maintenance of article number and bar code; or registration of using foreign article number and bar code in Vietnam, shall have to pay fee in accordance with regulations of this Circular.
