  1. Develop and implement a quality management system conforming to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17011, and relevant requirements for mutual recognition agreement of region and international accreditation cooperation.
  2. Value human resources, creating conditions and opportunities for training, raising qualifications and experiences in service of assigned jobs.
  3. Respect and treat the customers equally. There are no condition or pressures that lead to discrimination between accreditation applicants.
  4. Make its services accessible to all applicants whose application for accreditation. The access will not be conditional upon the size of the applicant CAB or membership of any association or group, nor will accreditation be conditional upon the number of CABs already accredited.
  5. Responsible for the impartiality of its accreditation activities and will not allow commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise impartiality.
  6. Principles of action of  BoA are provide accreditation services objectively – honestly - accurately - timely
